What does the form collect?

The form collects your email address, your name, your message if you write one, and the page it was sent from. Nothing else is asked for and nothing else is taken from your browser.

Where is it stored?

It is stored in our own database, run by us for this site. If you tick the box to hear from us, your name and email are also added to our email list at Kit, an email service provider.

Kit is used so that every message carries an unsubscribe link that works. We do not pass your details to an advertising network or a data broker.

Who sees it?

A copy of each message is carried over Telegram to the owner’s phone, so that a real person sees it and replies. No one outside this business reads it.

What emails will you send me?

Only what you agreed to. If you joined the waitlist and ticked the box, you get waitlist news, the launch announcement and occasional updates about the product, never more than a few a month.

If you did not tick the box, you get a reply to what you sent and nothing else. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and one click ends it. We record the date and the wording of the box you ticked, so we can show what you agreed to.

Do you use cookies or tracking?

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you. There is no advertising pixel on this site.

How long do you keep it?

We keep it while the waitlist is open and for up to 24 months after your last contact, or until you ask us to delete it.

How do I ask you to delete it?

Email admin@content-os.io and say you want your details removed. We delete the record and reply to confirm, and you do not have to give a reason.

What if this page changes?

If we change what the form collects or where it is stored, we update this page and date the change. This page was last updated on 2026-10-13; the consent box and the email list were added on 2026-09-18.
