Automation Software to Keep Your Page Posting
You set the schedule once and write your topics in a couple of lines each. From then on each run picks today's story from trends and available material, writes it fresh, renders it and posts it to your own page, so a busy day costs you nothing at all.

What actually goes wrong when you run your own page?
Nothing dramatic. You post for three weeks, then a busy fortnight arrives, and the page goes quiet in a way that is much harder to restart than it was to keep going.
The reason is almost never a shortage of ideas. It is that every posting slot asks you the same question from scratch, at the worst possible moment, and answering it takes energy you do not have that day. A calendar tool does not help, because an empty calendar is the question restated.
What does a week look like once it is running?
The setup happens once. After that there is no recurring work you have to do, because there is no approval step for you to clear.
You set the schedule for this page. On each run the engine picks today’s story from trends and the material available, drops the thin candidates, writes the post fresh, renders it into a format and posts it. When a story is too thin, it is dropped rather than posted as filler, which is the part people are surprised to find they like. If you want to hold the page for a week, you pause the job; if you want a post now, you press Run now.
What do I write when I add a topic?
A couple of lines about what the topic is for, plus tags. The tags are how the engine finds material that fits, so they matter more than the prose does.
Behind the counter. Short posts about how an order is actually put together, from the staff point of view. Warm, specific, never salesy. Tags: process, staff, kitchen, weekday.
That is the whole thing. Roughly a hundred and sixty characters of description with a handful of tags is enough for the engine to find material that fits. You can add a topic in the time it takes to write a note to yourself.
How much of the writing is mine?
As much or as little as you want, set per topic. There are three ways to author one and they all run through the same engine.
A creative topic gives the writer a principle and lets it find the words. A semi scripted topic holds your fixed lines exactly where you put them and lets the engine fill around them. A structured topic scripts the hook, the beat and the discussion prompt, so every post from that topic arrives in a shape you already chose. If you have a caption style that works for you, structured is how you keep it. The mechanism is on how it works.
Can I edit a post before it goes out?
Not as a step in the flow. There is no approval step and no optional review: a post that fits its format goes out on schedule.
What you do have is three controls. You can pause any scheduled job before its next run, you can press Run now to start a run when you choose, and a post that breaks its format’s text limits is parked for you to look at instead of posting. If you want a person to read every post before it ships, this is not built for that today.
Is this safe for my page?
No tool can promise your account is safe, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we can tell you is exactly how a post is delivered, what limits sit around it and what we refuse to do.
Posting is capped per page per day, timing is varied rather than landing on the same second, one posting session runs per machine, and we do not automate comments, DMs, follows or likes at all. Today a Facebook page you own publishes through your own logged in browser session, and that is written up in full on trust and account safety and on the Facebook page.
What does it not do yet?
Performance learning is not built: the engine is designed to weigh how a post performed, but no engagement data is being collected. The full planner and its scoring formula are designed, not built yet, and today each run picks its story from trends and available material.
There is also no mobile app, no analytics dashboard, and no Pinterest yet; Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, LinkedIn and Snapchat are the platforms that publish today. If any of those is the thing you need, this is not for you yet. Other roles are on use cases, and the rest of the awkward questions are on the FAQ.
